About The Author
Haiku are a Japanese poetic form consisting of three lines.  The first and last line have five syllables, while the middle line has seven, for a total of 17 syllables.  Traditional Japanese haiku were usually written on nature themes or spirituality.  Modern American poets have shown a tendency to write haiku based on things from daily life.  I hope you like these!
